If anyone is interested in a board creaser and lives within a
driving/pick-up radius of Winterthur Museum in DE, please contact Karissa
at kmurat@wintethur.org. They just don't use it often enough anymore to
justify the footprint it takes up, but would love it to find a loving home
where it can continue to do the work it was built to do. It's in pretty
good condition, with the one issue being that the track is lifting and
cracked in areas, but it seems quite fixable. Overall, the peddle mechanism
still works smoothly and the unit doesn't have any other obvious
damage/wear. Can't find a vendor or maker's label anywhere, but it seems
likely that it was purchased from Hollinger's in the early 90's. Karissa is
happy to share pictures with anyone who is interested. They would
appreciate something around $200.00 in exchange but are open to
negotiations.
