Bent Line Chases

To all of those who reached out to me regarding how to deal with the bent
screws on line chases, thank you very much indeed. I am so pleased to
announce that after many attempts at trying to find a solution to this
problem, I was able to find someone. To make a long story short, I had the
GREAT fortune of meeting up with a Machinist. His name is Loren Lanter and
he owns BRISCO in Swannanoa, N.C. I showed Loren the line chases and within
20 - 30 minutes of him taking the two that I had handed to him, he came
back from the machine shop with two repaired, perfectly usable line chases.
It was such a thrilling moment. I was so touched by his willingness to
solve this problem that I called him the following day to thank him once
again and to tell him I was going to spread the 'good news throughout the
county--I mean country'😉 When I told him I intended to do so, he went on
to explain that he thought about the issue and he plans to make a tool
precisely for making this kind of repair. How about that! Just had to share
this wonderful news.

To all of you, the very best,

Deborah
