View all threadsDoes anyone know if the Leather Conservation Centre is still around? I've
bought Sellaset dyes from them in the past but now when I go to their web
site it doesn't seem to exist any more.
If they are not around any more I'd like to hear who might be selling
Sellaset in their place.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Mark
I just googled Sallaset dies and this is what I got at the top of the
list. http://www.leatherconservation.com/sellasetdyes.html sent to
list so others would also know where to go.

Actually, if you check the header on that link, the domain expired on 7/29/2011, and what's currently up is a generic pageholder.

Dear Mark;
I had heard a few years ago from Dan Kelm or Peter Geraty, I think, that
they were no longer selling dyes. It prompted me to buy extra quantity at
the time to fill my needs. Hope someone else picks up the product, those
dye charts that come with the dyes make all the difference in the world when
matching the colors for rebacking.
Good luck.

Something weird is going on with their website. I get the placeholder website, but my co-worker managed to get the proper website at www.leatherconservation.com
