Communication tool for the GBW Board of Directors
View all threadsHi everyone,
Below is the fundraising deck I mentioned at the meeting tonight. It is
event specific; I would love it if we could colloborate across committees
to put together something a little more multi-purpose for GBW.
Also love Bridget's suggestion for something printed to take to events!
I look forward to chatting more at Standards. Don't forget to RSVP for
Board Dinner if you will be there:

Subject: 2026 ABAA NY Book Fair – Exclusive Partnership Opportunities
To: <>
Dear Patrick,
As we prepare for the 66th Annual ABAA New York International Antiquarian
Book Fair
https://sender9.zohoinsights.com/ck1/2d6f.327230a/9d58ef70-76cd-11f0-ba69-963d1902c9da/4ec35cd97e4c52b54a4bb24ae2c523ea63350967/2?e=FoxUp4Eo%2BTi51XOahsg37DeXXp76QktB87pF%2BQOIsR8%3D
(NYIABF) at Park Avenue Armory
https://sender9.zohoinsights.com/ck1/2d6f.327230a/9d58ef70-76cd-11f0-ba69-963d1902c9da/5dc7552970f1775f65766436a23e9e5d23a8b74c/2?e=bsqjG1kHJRICpe5ocxsHTVAUdiR9%2FvNS1qY5Iwzd6RzyL27f5%2BwiHv6aK9NSuNKz,
we’re reaching out to ask for your support in expanding the fair’s network
of partners and collaborators.
This landmark event continues to be a cornerstone of the rare book world,
drawing collectors, curators, and cultural leaders from around the globe.
To build on that momentum, we’re offering a select series of exclusive and
flexible partnership opportunities designed to increase visibility and
engagement among an influential and deeply connected community.
This year’s offerings include, but are not limited to, the chance to host
events like the Opening Night Preview, sponsor curated talks and
interactive experiences, or showcase your organization in one of the
Armory’s historic rooms. Depending on the partnership, benefits may include
high-visibility placement in the fair catalog and website, prominent
recognition during the fair, promotion through our social channels, and
customized opportunities to spotlight your organization to a targeted
audience.
You can review the partnership opportunities outlined in the deck below—and
we’re always happy to discuss bespoke collaborations tailored to your goals:
If you know of an organization or contact who may be a great fit, or if
you’re interested in getting involved directly, we’d love to hear from you.
Also, if you'd be interested in co-hosting an opportunity with colleagues
or fellow exhibitors, we’d be pleased to explore that with you as
well. Just reply to this email or reach out to us at
bookfair@sanfordsmith.com <bookfair@sanfordsmith.com?subject=>.
Thank you for helping us grow the reach and impact of the ABAA New York
Book Fair! And don't forget to save the date for next year's fair:
April 30 – May 3, 2026
All the best,
Mary
