Good afternoon, everyone!

The minutes from our most recent board meeting can be accessed in this
folder:
Board Meeting Minutes - Pending Approval
https://drive.google.com/open?id=19wnvkUUzOzMtiRmFUlMJazQMqv7HEIiH
Please review and let me know if you have changes before our next meeting
on March 19.

Action items before next board meeting:

-If you want to participate in the fundraising committee, email Jenn at
standards@guildofbookworkers.org to receive an invite to the next meeting,
at 7 pm ET on March 19.

-The fundraising committee is also asking for input from board members, so
please contact Todd or Jenn with responses to the following
questions: where do you want to concentrate our efforts? What do we think
are the Guild's greatest needs? Where do we think we could solicit funding?

-Please review the updates to the Guild Standing Rules
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VhH_gXNtoGvI4OaQtdHKHPEE6kdxlHI8Y-660KqkUdY/edit?tab=t.0.
These changes have already been voted on and approved, but please email
secretary@guildofbookworkers.org if you notice a problem.

-I'm reviewing options on creating a shared GBW board calendar. Stay tuned!

Have a great rest of your week,

Jennifer
